Whispering Oaks Dues Structure

Monthly Dues:	$200
Late Fee*:	15% ($30)
Work Day Vouchers**:	$25 per hour / $75 per day / $300 per year
Annual Total (with vouchers):	$2100
Annual Total (without vouchers):	$2400

Effective July 1, 2023

Monthly Dues:	$150
Late Fee*:	15% ($22.50)
Work Day Vouchers**:	$25 per hour / $75 per day / $300 per year
Annual Total (with vouchers):	$1500
Annual Total (without vouchers):	$1800

Payment

Dues are payable by check and can be placed in the WOHA mailbox next to the treasurer's front door at the first of the month. Dues should be paid on the first of the month but no later than the thirty-first of the month to avoid a late fee.

Residents may choose to pay several months in advance.

For auto-payments, your bank may provide a "bill pay" service, in which your bank will automatically send a check to the treasurer's address.

*Late Fee

Per the Whispering Oaks Homeowners Association Deed Restrictions, Section 9:

"If the assessment is not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date, the assessment shall bear interest from the date of the delinquency at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum..."

**Work Days

Residents may apply a credit voucher to their dues for work done on one of the four neighborhood work days. It is possible for a household to collect a total of three vouchers for three hours of work on each of the four work days. For all four work days it is possible to collect a total of 12 vouchers to apply to monthly dues.

When a household is paying monthly dues, they can pay by combining a check with a voucher for credit. Having three vouchers per work day gives households the flexibility to use one voucher each month or several all at once. Vouchers must be signed and turned in to receive credit.
